Starfleet Elite Corps

Omega Clifton Don hails from Earth.  Born on the island of Jamaica he exceled at sports & academics.  He joined Starfleet after completing his 1st Doctoral Degree. He now has 2 doctoates & is commissioned to command multiple types of starships.  He specializes as science officer, but is competent in many aspects of Starship Operations as any good captain should be.
